Single-stage final reducer: It is composed of a driving gear and a driven gear, that is, basin angle teeth. The driving bevel gear is connected to the drive shaft and rotates clockwise, and the driven half gear is attached to its right toothing point and rotates downward in line with the forward direction of the wheel. The diameter of the driving bevel gear is small, and the diameter of the driven half gear is large to achieve the function of deceleration.
Two-stage final reducer: an additional intermediate transition gear. The right side of the driving bevel gear meshes with the half tooth part of the intermediate gear. The half gear has a small diameter spur gear coaxially, and the spur gear meshes with the driven gear. In this way, the intermediate gear turns backward, the driven gear turns forward, and there is a two-stage reducer process in the middle. Due to the increase in the volume of the axle, the two-stage reducer used to be mainly used for matching vehicles with high engine power, but now it is mainly used for low-speed and high-torque construction machinery.
